All we want is for you to be happy.

For any reason you are not happy please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

IN STORE PURCHASES -

Refunds - We do not refund returns for change of mind.We will only offer a refund if the garment/item is deemed faulty beyond repair by Del Rainbow Store. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Please send or bring back your faulty item to the store and we will inspect. 

Exchanges - We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased in-store within 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any sale or discounted items, including any promotional discounts. Please note that for an exchange to be processed, it must be refunded to the card the purchase was completed on and then we must repurchase the next item for the same value or more.  This can only occur on original card the product was purchased on as it is all our system allows. 

**For hygiene reasons, intimates, earrings (any pierced jewellery) or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

ONLINE PURCHASES  - 

Refunds - We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. 

For a refund or exchange, please contact us via our contact page with your order number and let us know the reason why. If faulty please include photos

Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.

*Please note we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We will exchange the first item with free shipping returned to you, however you are required to pay for the postage back to us.
