Shipping

Del Rainbow Store offers free shipping in Australia for all orders over $300.00 AUD. All orders under this amount will be charged $15.00 for local shipping.

Shipping Domestically in Australia is a standard delivery of 2-5 business days, if you are in a rural areas please allow an extra 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 24 hrs for the order to be processed prior to sending. During COVID, shipping times may be impacted, please bear with us should there be delays outside of our control. 

International Shipping is a flat rate of $55 AUD. This is a standard delivery 7-15 business days. In some regions this can take longer, so please allow between one to four weeks for delivery. Delivery can sometimes be further delayed due to customs which is out of our control. We do not take responsibility for lost packages or damaged in transit. Please note prices are not inclusive of customs, duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to familiarise yourself with your local import rules based on your purchase price
